Tomorrow is Nate and my 2 year anniversary. This means that we've been married for twice as long tomorrow as we were last year.
I know that everyone who's happily married thinks this, but I have the best husband on earth.
Right this minute, he's finished cleaning the dishes--the same dishes that both of us have avoided doing for about a week. This means he's cleaned about 30 forks alone.
He's also making butternut squash risotto. For Lunch, for me.
He brought me breakfast in bed this morning. Cheerios, and peanut butter and jelly toast.
He plays with me--he'll sled, he'll tickle, he plays Dr. Mario. Seriously, he's fantastic.
*Did I mention that he's ridiculously good looking, and one of the smartest people I know? He is.
He's good and patient, and kind. We have fun together, and he makes me feel safe.
Here's to a fantastic couple of years. And several more decades worth of them to come. I love you!
